Saving recorded sound crashes page.

Expected Behavior

Saving should take you back to the block editor with your recorded sound.

Actual Behavior

When I tried to reproduce this, the page crashed upon trying to record the sound at all. After giving the page permission to access the microphone, I clicked record... the red microphone in the title of the browser tab was blinking (indicating that the microphone was being accessed), but the dialog did not show any indication of receiving any audio input.
