Duplicating a sprite then editing a costume updates both sprites

Duplicating a sprite then editing a costume should not update both sprites.

Actual Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what someone needs to do in order to see what's described in Actual behavior above

1. Right-click duplicate a sprite
2. Switch to the costumes tab on the new sprite and make a change to the costume
3. See how both sprites on the stage show the updated costume
4. The sprite thumbnails show them as still being different.

This is a regression from beta.scratch.mit.edu
