Restored sprites, costumes, and sounds should get put back in their original position #1502
Description
Though the current behavior of a restored sprite/costume/sound getting added to the end of the respective sprite/costume/sound list matches 2.0 behavior, it was noted by multiple people in multiple smoke tests that it should get added back in its original position.
