• figure out ecrecoverelliptic-curve guest client patch
  => dep flow: ceno guest lib crypto -> scroll elliptic curve commit -> ceno guest lib crypto-primitives. Need to patch Scalar with sqrt / inv
• stub with sys_call and measure before/after cycle change
• wrap UInt precompile to support sqrt/inv and supply with non-deterministic column Add Uint256 mul precompile support. #1089, take block 23817600 as input
• (optional) patch other prime field arithmetics
