Create a tic-tac-toe game

Create a java script based tic-tac-toe game, that should be playable by either two players or against an AI opponent. It should have a 'new game' button.
The user interface should contain a banner on the top written "Brno scrum workshop".
The user interface should have as a background some cat cartoon image.
