Happens for all integration test jobs. Surfaced on 4.x run, but probably happens on 3.x too.
What is failing is the ccm create command. Same can be seen when viewing Cassandra jobs in the same run. The image used there is pulled from the cache which skips the download step but it fails as soon as ccm create is needed for the test.
Since this surfaced now and was mostly fine a few days ago I'm suspecting recent changes to scylla-ccm being the cause, but further investigation is needed.
