@ mentions in chat logs show Agent UUID rather than typed name

Typing an @ mention in nearby chat is recorded as a the Agent URI in chat.txt

The same goes for corresponding IMs and group chat logs

Reproduction steps

1. Type a @ chat mention into chat
2. Observe C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\SL_USERNAME\chat.txt

Well, that is expected. Chat mention is SL URI under the hood, and we need to store it in distinguishable way. Probably, we may save it to chat.txt as [@User Name](secondlife:///app/agent/user_id/mention) instead of just secondlife:///app/agent/user_id/mention. Will it be good enough?
