Description

Mic Volume slider has no effect until Speak is toggled off and on

Reproduction steps

1. Login to a WebRTC region
2. Stand next to a listener and make some noise in spacial voice while doing the following;
3. Set the Mic volume slider to Max in Preferences > Sound & Media > Voice Input/Output devices, close the Voice Input/Output devices, click OK

Observed: The listener hears no difference in voice volume

Workaround: Toggle the Speak button off and on, and the listener will hear the difference.
