Cookie preferences not being saved between client sessions

Selecting to accept cookies needs to be done multiple times (once for dashboard, once for search, once for marketplace). These acceptances do not persist and you have to accept cookies the next time you launch the client again.

Because of the changes in the updated CEF starting in 7.2.2.18356089736 - 2025.07, and the fact that the CEF cache is now cleared at the beginning of every session, this may not be fixable from the viewer side.
