This adds a new section to the Security page labeled "Hardening" that allows the user to configure the state of 3D apis like WebGL, toggle extensions support, and control WebRTC IP Handling. It also adds a website force dark mode in the appearance settings.
This PR also disables 3D APIs by default and removes the previous extension support flag.
