Description
This PR fixes an issue where DNS caching was currently ignoring the family option from
dns.lookup, see seerr-team/seerr#1857.With this fix, it should now correctly honor
family:4,family:6, andfamily:0requests, and returnENOTFOUNDwhen the requested family has no records.
