Description
This change updates the ordering of diff and apply results so that they're sorted by namespace, then kind, then name. If either the namespace or name ends in a
-[0-9]+, then the value in the suffix is parsed and incorporated into the ordering. This change also updates all tables generated by this tool to order the columns by namespace, then kind, then name so these are consistent with the sorting.
