Description
This change updates the webhook cluster selection logic to use globs instead of cluster names when posting
kubeapply diff [cluster],kubeapply apply [cluster], etc. comments. Globs make it easier to select multiple clusters when applying a change in a subset of them, e.g. all of the staging ones.Testing
Testing completed successfully in stage via deploying lambda, verifying that globs worked correctly.
