CDP Mode: Patch 76

• Fix disable_csp=True in CDP Mode
  --> This resolves "disable_csp=True" has no effect in CDP Mode #4115
• Fix the Comet Browser integration
  --> This resolves There's a typo causing the Comet browser location to not be detected on Windows #4114
• Fix timing issue in CDP Mode
  --> This resolves Sometimes there's a 5-second delay for solve_captcha() and uc_gui_click_captcha() #4112
• Fix the "sb_config" issue with "pynose" / "nosetests"
  --> This resolves Missing "sb_config" data when running tests via "pynose" / "nosetests" #4113
• Accept URLs without the protocol in sb.driver.get(url)
  --> This resolves "sb.driver.get(url)" should work on URLs that don't have the protocol #4116
• Update timing in js_utils.py
• Update CDP Mode examples
