Case 1: HMBA Taxonomy

This is the use case from the list in #23

This place will be to discuss ideas around the use case, especially around the 3 main components: ingestion, public view and feedback. Below are notes from our initial discussion on August 27.

Ingestion

• This is an example that we have defined model (BKE mode), and we will control the ingestion
• The jsonld will be created using bkbit library
• we will have to see how scientist will be providing updates
• The data should be also connected to the data discribed by Genome Annotation and Anatomical Structures

Public View

• people will likely want to easily see the connection between BKE model and Genome Annotation/Anatomical Structure
• the presentation similar to the one form NIMP (demo during DEWG meeting August 15)
