• Fixed SP_ENABLE_DFS_SERP not being checked in getSearchResults() (was only checked in cron)

• Run the installer upgrade script to apply database schema changes
• Configure DataForSEO or Seo Panel API credentials under Settings → Seo Panel API
• Review the new SERP source priority — DataForSEO takes precedence over SP API if both are configured
