DiffMain has no purpose anymore since it uses diffMainRunes as well, so we can just remove diffMain.

A timeout of 0 should be really handled as infinity.
Also, I tried to migrate diffLineMode from strings to rune slices, but it made the whole code a lot slower. Maybe it would make sense to go through the rest of the code to look for instances were runes are not needed.
