Fix 1.0.0 version tag

I tried this:

When looking at the schema file https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/specification/blob/main/schema/workflow.yaml as well as some examples in https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/specification/tree/main/examples

This happened:

The dsl is marked '1.0.0-alpha5'

I expected this:

I'd expect '1.0.0'

Is there a workaround?

Fixed by 77fb2c7
