Link to available PHP extensions

Current Behavior

On spin init the link doesn't specify the available packages to install. It'd be helpful to link to the list of packages that can be installed so we can spell them correctly.

Expected Behavior

When selecting other packages to install, link to where they can find the names of the other extensions available to install.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run spin init
2. On the following screen, link to the list of available packages.
