SES-4676 - Clean up the vibration code for phone calls to respect the system settings, including the "Do not disturb" state.
Also made sure we are resetting our observable in preferences when "clearing all"
Changed behaviour: Reaching a conversation without an address shouldn't crash the app, instead it should start a new navigation stack at the homeActivity.
