the unlocker not working

i have a bit of an issue with the dlc unlocker, after running it, the launcher says that all the dlc's are enables, however the ones i didn't buy have a red warning icon next to them saying "we couldn't verify the ownership of this dlc". any ideas how to fix it? alternative download button didn't work and it said something like "no launcher directory found"

could use creaminstaller to patch that
