How to Use Random Weights

Hi everyone, I'm working in computer architecture and I'm not particularly concerned with achieving optimal algorithm performance. Therefore, I would prefer not to download pre-trained weights. Could someone explain how to initialize or implement random weights for my model? A straightforward approach or example would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
