Update "Neural Graphics in an Afternoon" to fix stale links and code

A few problems with the neural graphics in an afternoon post:

• The code snippet is outdated, and refers to SGL. It should use the updated code.
• The link to the sample still points to the slangpy repository, but the samples have been moved into their own repository.
