UDP over TCP protocol support

You can run it as a separated process and add it to "servers"

SagerNet/UoT uses a special target address for UoT traffic, which is non-standard behavior. You really shouldn't expect such things from a reference implementation like shadowsocks-rust.

Besides, there probably isn't a compelling reason for you to use UoT. In my opinion, most users of UoT don't actually need UoT. They just like the concept of UoT for some strange reason.

due to the strange peculiarities of SIP003 plugins (TCP only), Shadowsocks + v2ray-plugin (websocket-tls) + UDP is not possible, which is why in global mode all UDP packets simply fly away to nowhere and it's pretty disappointing.
I understand that there are alternative methods, but still decided to ask a question just in case. Thanks for the quick response, guys!
