NOTE - This fixes a bug where bots were taking an extremely long time to see things. This will make this preset noticeably more difficult.

Vision

• Bots now see things in real time and not at an 80% reduction. (Bosses/Guards/High end pmc's are a tiny bit faster)
• Bots should now correctly get debuffs to vision at night
• Greatly reduced the view range of scavs and pmc's
• Reduced the view range of rogues on loothouse

Other

• The boys got nerfed again. Please stop chasing me across the map.
