• Text starts where you click: the caret's foot is on the pixel clicked, rather than the text's
  top-left corner, which put the caret below and to the right of the click.

Install with Homebrew:

brew install --cask shreeve/tap/shotts

Installed copies update themselves: choose Check for Updates… in the menu bar menu.
