Skills\Plug-ins use and addition

Can someone tell me how to add skills\plugins via code?

I don't really get it to be honest :)

In the settings we have 13 skills and 2 plugins in the marketplace.
Looks like I can't add plugins.

Can we add skills from OpenClaw repository or Anthropic?

I know some of them are bad and poorly written but, for example, I need to add some skills to work with my Obsidian Vault:

Can I do it? Or I need to write them from the ground-up with internal skill builder?

Currently we do not support a skills registry. But that is planned for the next release after the upcoming. So probably in v3.25.0. Until then its in app creation. We have some issues to iron out with the new skills system. Those will be fixed first and then we will add a skill browse option.
Regarding plugins, our market place is very new, with only 2 plugins as you saw. This will expand in due course as we have 2 more developers joining the team.
But what we currently have is the custom tool builder. You can give it any repo and it will review and extract tools out of it, which can be promoted to custom tools for Thoth to use. Once promoted they show up in the plugins area in settings and Thoth can call them as normal tools.

If you want a visual, wizard like flow, go to developer studio (developer panel) on the home screen -> Custom Tools. There is a new custom tool button at the top.
Or if you want a conversational flow, just give the agent a repo and tell it you would like it to create custom tools out of it. It should scan and then guide you through the process.
