This PR:

  • improves the typing of the generated Context, resolving the last tRPC typing problems
  • adds superjson per default to allow sending of Dates, Maps, ... over HTTP transparently out of the box (🎊)
  • bumps prisma to v4.8.0
  • bumps nuxt-prisma to v0.1.1
