while trying to figure out how to upgrade sidekiq to 6.1, this documentation confused me for a bit since rack-protection got inlined. my attempt to try and highlight/clean things up? Feel free to discard and just take away this needs updating too! May be too premature, but did want to double check my understanding of things.
