How to register DeepL API

This page shows you how to use DeepL API with Simple Translate.

1. Register on DeepL

Create a DeepL account and register for either DeepL API Free or DeepL API Pro.

DeepL API Free allows you to translate up to 500,000 characters per month for free.

2. Get your authentication key

Login to DeepL and find your authentication key in your account details.

3. Setting up Simple Translate

On the Simple Translate settings page, set the translation engine to DeepL API and enter your DeepL API plan and Authentication key.
