配置属性中增加
deviceInfoFileBased属性，默认为true。当此值为true时，将会直接通过mirai的BotConfiguration.fileBasedDeviceInfo($deviceInfoFile ?: "device.json")进行设备信息配置。同时弃用内部的simbot-mirai随机设备生成，调整为直接使用mirai的
DeviceInfo.random进行随机配置。
