Can not build or publish to local

Since the introduction of the maven central publisher you are only able to build or publish to local when you remove the belonging plugin from build.gradle.kts. If this can be resolved, please do so, otherwise close this issue.

This has been resolved in 3cbe90a (#4). However, publishing local will not work and it is up to you to get it working by removing the signing definitions and imports.
