Migrate the Company, Company Budget, and Company Tasks tabs from the general spreadsheet into deck

There can be a page, similar to "My Responsibilities" that would show the user the state of their companies and what tasks the user has pending.
Bulk emails would work well in this situation, as companies are already filtered by the tasks they have pending.
