feat: add some map functions

Adds the following functions to the map generics:

• AllKeys
  • true if all keys satisfy a condition
• AnyKey
  • true if any key satisfies a condition
• AllValues
  • true if all values satisfy a condition
• AnyValue
  • true if any value satisfies a condition
