Reorganize wiki as Abacus-style hub Restructure Home.md from a flat ADR table into a hub with categorized sections: "Where things live", "Start here", "Architecture decisions" (grouped by Data/Privacy, Live Ingestion, Pricing, Provider Contracts), "Still to write" placeholders, and a meta "How this wiki is organized" note. Models the pattern after the Abacus Notion hub. Fix 43 broken cross-ADR links across the 7 ADR pages — the previous relative paths ./NNNN-*.md pointed at the in-tree docs/adr/ directory that was retired in v8.3.0. ADRs that have a wiki page now link as wiki pages; references to historical ADRs 0081 / 0082 / 0086 / 0088 are kept as plain text. Each ADR now ends with an audit footer that's honest about what was verified (links) and what wasn't (content claims vs current source). Add _Sidebar.md and _Footer.md for consistent navigation across every wiki page. Add 6 stub pages referenced from the "Still to write" section of the hub: Daemon Lifecycle and Autostart, Provider Plugin Contract, Cloud Sync Mechanics, Statusline Integration, Operations and Observability, Release and Versioning. Each stub points at the current source of truth in the repo until it's promoted to a full ADR.
