Segmentation fault on first request

Chrome error when trying to use the proxy and then proxy-login-automator crashes with a segmentation fault
```
[LocalProxy(:8080)] OK: forward http://localhost:8080 to  to http://209.205.197.218:222

```

It is run with:
```
node proxy-login-automator.js -remote_host ip -remote_port 222 -usr X -pwd XXX -local_port 8080
```
