Can’t play/view a video?

1. Try playing a YouTube video from the list of default bookmarks. If this works, make sure whatever other type of file/video that you are trying to play works.
2. Make sure that you have Flash player installed for “other browsers.” Installation page: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
3. PlayX 2.1 and below only: If you have gm_chrome installed, disable it on the “Settings” panel. If this works, ask me about your problem.
4. Visit YouTube in your browser (outside Garry’s Mod) and try to play a video. If this works, ask me about your problem.
5. Uncheck “Use JW player” under the “Administrate” panel. If this works:
   1. Make sure that the playx_jw_url cvar on the server is set to “http://playx.googlecode.com/svn/jwplayer/player.swf”
   2. Otherwise, the default hosted version of JW player may not be working. Please report this error.
