The exercies isn't completing

How to reproduce

I was prompted to enter an issue when I loaded the exercise.

I followed the steps in exercise 1, did give the branch the wrong name, by missing the second copilot prompt in step 5.

So I repeated the steps giving the branch the correct name. The action "Find exercise by issue title" is failing.
