Add Git LFS support for large backup files and update workflow

Added Git LFS to handle large (100MB+) data.sql files in the Supabase backup workflow to fix the file size limit error.
Updated .gitattributes to track prisma/backups/data.sql and modified backup.yaml accordingly.
