This means removing the "host" argument from everywhere and letting the configuration that gets passed to the HTTP client read it and format it.
Tested by following the instructions in https://snyksec.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IDE/pages/1966866488/How+to+setup+development+for+Consistent+Ignores and verifying that findings still show up. Had to use the branch in snyk/snyk-ls#455 to test it.
