Redis stream, state recovery on multiple offline return same last value (no update offset) #39

Issue described here socketio/socket.io#5419
PRoblem is when multiple times in row is client offline and online without any action, and recovery state is always duplicate bc. recovery messages not contain entry.id which client can append as new offset
