Skip-move is not reflected in GameState's lastmove field

A pupil reports that skip moves don't appear in the lastmove of a following gamestate. The move before the skip move is recorded in the lastmove of the gamestate.

Hm, automatic skips are not considered either. I don't know whether it'd be reasonable to implement one without the other...
