Editor sync bugs

Editor sync failures observed under certain conditions. Repro steps:

1. Edit parameter value in Browser tab
2. Switch to Input/Text tabs and/or Run GEOPHIRES
3. Parameter value erroneously reverted to previous (unedited) value

TODO:

1. Determine repro (may have something to do with comments with certain characters or patterns, like unicode characters or multiple commas)
