Migrate builtin unit tests into new BPF unit tests

The BPF implementation is coming with a whole new suite of unit tests. However, there's no sense leaving the original builtin tests on the cutting room floor, since they should still work, too!

Migrate the tests from the original builtin to this repository and use them to test the bPF implementation.
