Report/Export: ability to show/hide amount

Following what Clockify's doing, I would like to open a PR to add a feature in the Reporting section with the ability to show/hide amount for entries.

This would apply both on the report page itself and likewise in the generated PDF report. Sometimes I just need time reporting and not showing the cost.
