Missing documentation of body parameters

According to [this post](https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-for-Developers/Web-API-Missing-body-parameters-in-documentation/m-p/5008062) in the Spotify Developer Forum the following two endpoint documentation is missing the `ids` body parameter:
- [Remove User's Saved Shows](https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/#endpoint-remove-shows-user)
- [Save Shows for Current User](https://developer.spotify.com/documentation/web-api/reference/#endpoint-save-shows-user)
