[FR] Sourcebot Tab Title in code-browser should be filename / folder name

When you are in the browse context, the tab title should update to the currently displayed file / folder.
When I have a bunch of code browse tabs open, I want to at a glance see which one is open to which file.

@brendan-kellam what would be better? to show the file/folder name? or showing the repository name is a better choice? Do you have a specific format in mind if we want the name too?

Also, I see @aryan-panja has this issue assigned to, if it's ok, I would like to raise an MR for this?

Since this was an easy fix and I had some time on my hands, I just raised an MR and made assumptions for good tab title patterns. I have added a description that should easily explain the implementation and we can build on top of it.
