Missing update after (un)staging a chunk in the diff viewer

After pressing the "Stage" button on a blue highlighted chunk in the diff viewer, the remaining text scrolls up so that the next chunk is placed exactly under the mouse cursor, but the blue chunk overlay with the buttons never shows until the mouse is moved or the scrollwheel is used.

There should be an extra check for new chunk highlights after staging, unstaging and dismissing a chunk.

It's because that Avalonia, the UI Framework used by this app, only allows user accessing mouse position in one of these event:

• PointerEntered
• PointerMoved
• PointerPressed
• PointerReleased
• PointerExited
• PointerPointWheelChanged

In anther word, without a mouse event, there's no way to get mouse position……

After you press the Stage/Unstage/Discard button, the text diff view will not update immediately.

1. a background task will be started to patch selected chunk to worktree/index
2. the file system watcher detects worktree/index changed, then it will updates current local changes
3. if selected file in unstaged/staged list is changed, viewmodel will reload the diff content
4. after diff content in viewmodels changed, the UI updates
5. now it's ready to update selected chunk, but there's no way to get mouse position without events.

some jobs above are running async

I've tried to save the last mouse position, but it introduces more bugs……

Finally, adding a PointerEntered event solved this problem 😂.
