Unusual go to def with for 'module Artifact' in Homebrew/brew #84

Don't have a minimal example. Indexing Homebrew/brew @ 3.5.9 gives this result. index.scip.gz
Undesirable behavior

has undesirable behavior:
- Unclear why go to definition goes to a seemingly random file
in the following contexts that I've seen:
- Across different files
Expected behavior
Maybe it should go to the file which contains the doc comment? Not entirely sure. We should check what RubyMine does.
