Remove collectives & update documentation
Also refer reader to fpm.toml for prerequisite information.
Exploit compiler & documentation tool advances: 1. ford 6.1.0 eliminates the need for the FORD macro. 2. Intel OneAPI eliminates the need for the HAVE_ERROR_STOP_IN_PURE macro.
